About Natrue Amber

Amber is a beautiful organic gemstone formed through the fossilization of tree resin—secreted by trees tens of millions to hundreds of millions of years ago—within geological strata. Beyond the classic golden-yellow and amber (sugar-like) hues, it comes in a variety of colors, including red, green, and blue. It is characterized by its very soft texture (Mohs hardness of 2 to 2.5) and extremely low specific gravity, allowing it to float on water; care should be taken to avoid impacts during daily use.
