As the years go by, the heat of the earth turns amber into an orangeish color that is rarer than common amber.
About bodhi tree wood
According to Buddhism tradition, bodhi tree is the sacred fig under which the Buddha sat when he attained Enlightenment (bodhi) at Bodh Gaya in India. Prayer beads made of sacred fig seeds are highly renowned.
In Japan, Buddhists have Prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is a famous producing center of Prayer beads.
