• About customize

  It depends on the materials and other factors. Some items are available to have customized name ornament. Pease fill out the form for details.

• About the lead time

  It depends on the type and quantity of products, please fill out the form for details.

• About the payment methods

  We will provide you a customize product link to place the order, so you can pay via PayPal. (hint: bank transfer is also available if you're in Japan, please contact us.)

• About the return policy

  We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Also, returning customized products(either your own design or the size) are not accepted.

• About the invoice / delivery slip / receipt

  We can publish digital voucher to you via e-mail. If you need hard copy, it is possible to send that to you by charging the shipping fee.
