About the Shingon Sect
The Shingon Sect is one of the major schools of Japanese Buddhism, founded on the basis of Esoteric Buddhism (Mikkyo) that Kūkai (Kōbō Daishi) brought back from China (Tang dynasty) during the early Heian period.

About White Bodhi Seed Beads
Bodhi wood is considered a precious material for making prayer beads, and White Bodhi seed beads are characterized by a circular indentation (the moon) and countless black spots (stars) on their surface, symbolizing the universe of the "Buddhist realm." They are comfortable to hold, and their color deepens with use. White Bodhi seed beads are a classic type of Bodhi wood prayer bead and are widely loved.

About Lapis Lazuli
Lapis lazuli is one of the oldest gemstones known to humankind, with a deep, star-like ultramarine blue color and golden pyrite crystals that sparkle like stars. It ranges from deep blue to slightly lighter blue. The presence of pyrite (gold) and calcite (white) creates unique and beautiful patterns. Lapis lazuli is not only believed to bring good fortune, but is also considered a "stone of wisdom," bestowing true wisdom and judgment upon its owner. It is said to provide support when one is lost on their path or during life's turning points.
