About White Bodhi Seed Mala Wood
Highly revered among prayer bead materials. Characterized by a central pit (moon) and tiny black spots (stars), symbolizing the Buddhist cosmos. Develops a rich patina over time. One of Buddhism’s Three Sacred Trees, believed to bring boundless blessings.
About Agate
Prized since antiquity and among Buddhism’s Seven Treasures. Valued for its diverse colors and workability. Used globally in art and carvings. Believed to strengthen relationships, balance mind-body energy, and promote fertility, health, and longevity.
About Jōdo-shū
emphasizes faith in Amida Buddha. Rebirth in his Pure Land, achieved through sincere recitation of the nembutsu prayer, is the central goal.

Prayer beads are a traditional tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating, counting prostrations, or the repetitions of a buddha's name.
