Clear quartz crystal is believed to be helpful in clearing your mind, body and spirit helping you channeling your thoughts onto specific goals, therefore it is a supportive stone.
In Japan, Buddhists have Prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is famous as a producing center of Prayer beads.
