It takes longer than regular amber to become "Honey Amber."
As the years pass, the heat of the earth takes hold and the color changes to a more orange-like hue.
The closer the color to orange, the more valuable it is, making wax amber the rarest and most valuable of all amber.
About Black Onyx
Black onyx is a type of "black agate" characterized by its deep black color. It is a simple yet profound stone that is popular among men as prayer beads and accessories.
It is believed to have the effect of strengthening the will and calming the mind.
In Japan, Buddhists use Prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is a famous producing center of Prayer beads.
