About Yakusugi (cedar wood)
Yakusugi is the word for "Japanese cedar" (sugi, or Cryptomeria) and it is native of the island of Yakushima. The term also extends to the lumber taken from the logging of these coniferous trees. This wood beads have tender fragrance that may help you relax and ease your heart. It makes a perfect gift or souvenir.
In Japan, Buddhists use prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is a famous producing center of Prayer beads.
Maintenance
Take off when you shower and before going to bed. The material is sensitive to chemicals and excessive sweat. We recommend you to take it off when doing sports and cleaning. Wipe with soft fabric.
