About Ryukyu Fluorite
This is a type of glass bead that was used as jewelry by ancient Egyptian and Roman nobles, and sometimes treated as equivalent to gold. Today, a wide variety of types exist. Ryukyu fluorite is one of Okinawa's famous glass crafts. It is made using a special technique that combines silver foil and glass, and it is called Ryukyu fluorite because of the way the light from the silver foil reflects and sparkles.

In Japan, Buddhists use prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is famous as a center for prayer bead production.
Maintenance
Natural wood and natural stone are sensitive to chemicals and sweat. We also recommend removing them before exercising, showering, or sleeping. Please wipe clean with a soft cloth. Store in the box when not in use and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
